Hello

I enjoy designing websites. The mix of visual and logic appeals to me.

My Background

I began my journey studying Information Technology. Technologies such as Java, C#, SQL etc. exposed me to the logic behind how systems work. I enjoyed learning these various technologies but there was something missing. The missing element was the visual.

Fortunately for me, I came across web design and it met the visual need. Together with logic, HTML and CSS allowed my creativity to shine.

Soft Skills

I enjoy learning new technologies and witnessing how they improve a design or add a helpful function.

Managing time is important. During my university days, I came up with a system to ensure that I meet the deadline. This is crucial as a designer I must be mindful of deadlines.

Hard Skills

I have utilised HTML5 & CSS3 to create a personal website.

The website was the opportunity for me to test myself.

Design

To visualise my design I first created wireframes. They served the purpose of outlining the overall layout of my website. They would contain the landing page, a skills and contact me section.

After I was happy with the layout, I proceeded towards creating the design mockups. The mockups would populate my design with content according to the final product i.e. website.
